Paper dog sculpture in a 3D form that is part of an exhibition by design leaders Lazerian. The paper dog structure is a version of the Lazerian mascot- gerald the dog. In celebration of this Lazerian asked artists, designers, illustrators and creatives to all contribute and showcase their own signature styles onto the body of the paper dog. This design by leading international artist Josan Gonzalez has a grey head and tail with 4 lines on the top of its body that represent ribs. The paws of the paper dog are covered in grey socks. The rest of the paper body is covered in line drawings of donuts.

Gerald Statement

“I consider myself a crafter or an artisan rather than an artist. I work for the public, for the viewer, and the dialogue we can establish is the most important thing. But it’s not strict or closed, it can banal or deep, the communication must flow. For that I take references from pop culture, shamanism and alchemy and mix them, to let the chaos of the process form something on its own, always trying to not force an unique message but rather a free interpretation, if it can be different from each viewer, then much better.”
